Whenever I'm invited to a summer BBQ or garden party, I usually make a quick & easy dessert called "Watergate Salad"....does anyone remembers this simple & delicious recipe from the 70's? It's basically pistachio pudding mix, pineapple in juice, and marshmallows. I know, totally high sugar, but so very good!
