A Peaceful Night

Since I'm a natural night owl and sleep doesn't seem to be an option tonight, I thought I'd get a few work related things done. Instead I find myself in my studio, melting in my chair, taking in the fragrant smell of wild roses, and listening to the sweet sounds of crickets outside my open window. It's so peaceful....the hubs is sleeping, the animal friends are snuggled up & dreaming, the house is quiet & relaxed....I think just sitting here, staring blankly out my window, into the darkness of the night, is my "calling" for tonight. And I don't mind it at all!
